ADL/Self-Help Skills
Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and Self-Help Skills are routine activities people do without assistance. This include eating, toileting, dressing, brushing teeth, bathing, tying shoes among others. Early Childhood is the time most children learn these skills. For some, these skills do not come as easy as for others.
